Freelance Project Lead – Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Must be available on-demand to assist and manage Clients in introducing new freelance projects to the platform.

• Capable of presenting and articulating the value of their gigs (freelance skills) to both existing and prospective Clients.

• Required to represent our organization in a professional and positive manner during all interactions with Clients and Freelancers.

• Expected to consult with Clients to comprehend their business development needs, which includes addressing and following up on their inquiries.

• Responsible for assisting and managing Clients from showcasing and promoting the value of our Products to ensuring proper payment transactions.

• Will collaborate with Freelance Recruiting Partners to manage Clients, from presenting and promoting the value of our project management products to facilitating payment processes.

• Tasked with bringing new project management opportunities to the platform by pitching suggestions and/or recommendations for project management products aimed at providing a consistent, high-value workload for our Partners and Freelancers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a personal PC or Laptop with internet connectivity, as well as a mobile phone to begin working.

• Should have a thorough understanding of project management and substantial project management experience within the job markets of the US, UK, EU, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, and/or the Philippines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly build credibility in establishing and maintaining working relationships with Clients and Freelancers.

• Must exhibit critical thinking, problem-solving, listening, accuracy, and a keen attention to detail, with a strong focus on Client needs.

• Excellent time management skills are required, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives.

• Knowledgeable in consulting and project management concepts, processes, implementation, and current trends.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where flexibility and adaptability are crucial.

• Proficient in decision-making with strong negotiation skills.

• Must be flexible and possess a genuine desire to grow with our organization.
