Freelance Outreach Specialist – англійська/французька

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to identify high-quality websites, blogs, and online platforms using SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).

• Analyze and select the identified sites based on our criteria (traffic, site growth metrics, and the quantity and quality of backlinks).

• Locate contacts of responsible individuals (site owners, webmasters, copywriters, etc.) and send them "cold" emails proposing collaboration.

• Correspondence may take place through various services (Email, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Handle rejections to achieve KPIs and generate results (number of deals).

• Participate in online meetings and presentations with interested partners and attend team meetings.

• Independently explore new outreach strategies and opportunities to achieve set goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Student or recent graduate with knowledge of a foreign language, looking to start a career.

• Experience is not mandatory — the main requirement is a desire to grow in the fields of SEO, Sales, and improve language skills.

• Experienced Outreach specialists who are looking to earn additional income.

• Must be comfortable working with a computer/laptop and have a stable internet connection.

• Tablets or smartphones are not suitable for this role.

• Individuals who are driven by negotiations, ready to handle objections, and are not intimidated by the word "no." Persistence is key.

• Results-oriented candidates who are open to a performance-based payment model (bonuses for successful agreements).

• Remote work format with a flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, from 5+ hours per day.

• Training lasts 30 days, and upon successful completion, you will receive €100, included with your first salary.

• Throughout your employment, the organization will provide Workshops, SEO courses, and support from a Coach with unlimited individual consultations.

• Payment for work is made monthly, without delays, between the 5th and 7th of each month.

• Compensation is dependent on your performance, specifically for already placed links. You have control over your results, and there is no upper limit on earnings.
