Freelance Online Language Teacher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design, prepare, and deliver 45-minute online lessons tailored for corporate clients.

• Provide individualized private lessons that integrate language instruction with personalized coaching.

• Perform needs assessments and evaluate the language proficiency levels of students.

• Develop customized learning pathways and monitor student progress throughout lessons.

• Establish clear educational objectives.

• Conduct online group classes for up to five participants in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Dutch.

• Emphasize active learning and effective communication in group lessons.

⛳️ Requirements

• C2 proficiency in the language of instruction.

• A valid teaching certificate (e.g., TEFL/CELTA) or a relevant university degree.

• Experience in online teaching and delivering personalized coaching or tailored learning support.

• A minimum of B1 level in English if the teaching language is not English.

• A minimum of B1 level in another language if English is the language of instruction.

• Proficiency in more than two languages is an advantage.

• Ability to teach skills such as presentation techniques, negotiation strategies, business email etiquette, meeting management, and cross-cultural communication.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage and educate students.

• Access to high-speed internet.

• A modern laptop or PC equipped with a microphone and camera.

• Must adhere to local freelance or contractor regulations.
