Freelance Multilingual Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Identify and source candidates for client vacancies

• Conduct database searches and utilize various CV resources

• Evaluate and interview prospective candidates

• Provide candidates with pertinent information regarding roles and clients

• Align jobs with candidates and assess job descriptions and criteria

• Present suitable applicants by forwarding their CVs to the internal team

• Report to the Recruitment Manager and Team Leader within a designated team

• Attract and select premier talent for clients

• Oversee the complete recruitment process

• Cultivate strong client relationships to grasp staffing requirements and business goals

• Ensure a positive experience for candidates

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Demonstrated work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a comparable role

• Familiarity with the complete recruitment process and industry best practices

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools

• Strong sourcing capabilities and adeptness in utilizing recruitment platforms

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural alignment
