Freelance Meta Ads Specialist, WhatsApp Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and enhance Meta Ads campaigns including Facebook, Instagram, Advantage+, retargeting, acquisition, and catalog ads.

• Formulate a Meta Ads strategy that can produce results on par with our existing achievements on Google Ads.

• Execute sophisticated retargeting tactics aimed at site visitors, abandoned carts, previous customers, and CRM audiences.

• Create recovery workflows for abandoned carts via WhatsApp, in addition to leveraging emails and other CRM tools.

• Improve customer conversion pathways across Meta, the e-commerce platform, WhatsApp Business, and automation tools.

• Work closely with the email/CRM team utilizing platforms such as Klaviyo or other marketing automation solutions.

• Suggest innovative tests including formats, target audiences, messaging, offers, landing pages, videos, and product catalogs.

• Evaluate performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, revenue, margin, and repeat purchases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing Meta Ads campaigns for e-commerce websites.

• Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Pixel / Conversions API, and product catalogs.

• Solid understanding of e-commerce metrics including average order value, margin, ROAS, CPA, LTV, and repeat purchases.

• Experience with or strong interest in WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp Marketing, especially for abandoned cart recovery initiatives.

• Familiarity with Klaviyo, WhatsApp Business, CRM, or other marketing automation tools is highly preferred.

• Capacity to propose innovative and commercially viable ideas, beyond mere campaign management.
