Freelance Medical Post-Editors, English-Croatian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Translate, post-edit, and evaluate clinical trial documentation.

• Ensure that all documentation complies with the medical and ethical standards of the target language.

• Improve the readability, precision, and coherence of scientific and medical materials while preserving the original meaning.

• Work collaboratively with translation teams and offer constructive feedback.

• Recommend necessary amendments.

• Stay informed about medical terminology and advancements.

• Ensure that documents meet the relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in clinical translation and post-editing.

• Native proficiency in Croatian.

• Fluency in the source language(s).

• Experience in translating legal documents related to clinical research.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• In-depth understanding of clinical terminology and concepts.

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Certification in medical post-editing, translation, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience with memoQ (preferred).

• A medical or pharmaceutical degree would be advantageous.
