Freelance Medical Post-Editor – French

📋 Description

• Translate, post-edit, and review clinical trial documentation to ensure compliance with the medical and ethical standards of the target language.

• Improve the readability, precision, and consistency of scientific and medical materials while preserving the original intent.

• Collaborate with translation teams to offer constructive feedback and recommend necessary adjustments.

• Keep abreast of the latest terminology and advancements in the medical field to guarantee that translations remain accurate and up-to-date.

• Ensure all documents meet relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines.

• Demonstrated experience in clinical translation or post-editing.

• Native fluency in the target language.

• Proficiency in the source language(s).

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of clinical terminology and concepts.

• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.

• Certification in medical post-editing, translation, or a related field (preferred).

• Familiarity with memoQ (preferred).

• A degree in medical or pharmaceutical studies would be advantageous (preferred).
