Freelance Mechanical CAD & Simulation Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Train and assess AI agents functioning within a real CAD environment on extensive engineering assignments.

• Create part geometries.

• Develop reference solutions.

• Evaluate the attempts made by AI agents.

• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the constructed geometries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.

• A Master's or PhD is advantageous.

• Over 5 years of hands-on professional experience in CAD modeling using CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar software.

• Strong background in preparing geometries for simulation, such as with ANSYS or equivalent tools, is highly desirable.

• An active professional CAD license of your own is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with GitHub.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Availability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week during active project phases.
