Freelance Mechanical CAD, Simulation Engineer – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide training and assessment for AI agents operating within a real CAD environment during extensive engineering tasks.

• Create part geometries and develop reference solutions.

• Evaluate the attempts made by AI agents.

• Collaborate with CFD engineers who simulate the constructed geometry.

• Utilize mechanical engineering knowledge in practical technology projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of professional, hands-on experience in CAD modeling using CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Creo, or similar software.

• Familiarity with preparing geometries for simulation using ANSYS or similar tools is highly advantageous.

• An active professional CAD license is mandatory.

• Proficient in Python and GitHub.

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Estimated workload of about 10–20 hours per week during active phases; no guaranteed workload.
