This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Translate and proofread documents for clients within the Insurance and Legal industries.

• Prepare and finalize the deliverables prior to client submission.

• Collaborate with a manager and work together with Project Managers.

• Address the translation requirements of international clients.

• Include relevant Translation and Proofreading experience in your CV.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Simplified Chinese (Singapore).

• Expertise in the Legal and Insurance domains.

• Strong attention to detail regarding spelling and grammar.

• Capability to uphold professionalism while working under tight deadlines.

• Preference for candidates in the Asian time zone.

• Applicants are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

• Completion of Translation and Proofreading assessments is mandatory.

• Candidates must pass a background verification process.

• Latest CV is necessary, detailing relevant Translation and Proofreading experience.

• Candidates should submit their proposed Translation per-word rate and Proofreading hourly rate in USD.

• One of the following qualifications is required: a degree in Translation, Linguistics, or Language Studies, or an equivalent degree with significant translation training; 2 years of translation experience along with a college degree; 5 years of translation experience without a college degree; or a certificate of competence in translation issued by a relevant government authority.
