This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop production timelines, show sequences, and detailed checklists
• Identify and oversee vendor relationships
• Create and uphold precise production budgets
• Assist with permitting and regulatory compliance
• Manage creative deliverables coordination
• Serve as the central point of contact among teams and clients, ensuring projects, systems, and stakeholders are in sync while maintaining exceptional communication and follow-through
• Collaborate with design, social/content, and account teams to ensure consistency with branding and objectives
• Lead event operations, ensuring that every aspect is executed flawlessly—even when unexpected challenges arise.
• Gather essential event metrics, curate photo and video highlights, and transform insights into summary presentations and actionable recommendations for future events.
• 2-5 years of experience in experiential events, production, either on the agency or brand side.
• Proven track record of managing project coordination from inception to completion.
• Excellent organizational skills and commitment to follow-through; adept at using spreadsheets and checklists.
• Strong and professional communication skills with clients and vendors.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as necessary.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; familiarity with GSuite, Monday.com, Hubspot, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with mobile and vehicle activations (such as food trucks, step vans, trailers), including wraps, generator/power setups, parking arrangements, and DOT regulations.
• Understanding of permitting processes in NYC and major markets.
• Basic skills in Adobe and Canva.
• Experience with generative AI.
• Background in staffing brand ambassadors and providing onsite team training.
• Familiarity with measurement tools (such as QR flows, foot traffic counters, and surveys).
