Freelance E-Learning Developer

Posted 10 hours ago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Evaluate DGE's current TranslationHub inventory alongside a detailed Figma user-journey document to serve as the foundation for course scoping.

• Deconstruct features and processes into course modules categorized by workflow/flow and user personas.

• Create and develop storyboards for each course utilizing Figma or PowerPoint, based on DGE's internal directives.

• Produce each course as an interactive Articulate module that includes an introduction/welcome segment, a conversational Q&A segment, a guided step-by-step process simulation, and a graded assessment.

• Compose conversational scripts for two presenters for the course intro/Q&A segments intended for AI voiceover generation.

• Develop guided click-through process simulations that replicate the live TranslationHub platform screens comprehensively.

• Generate MCQ-based question banks for the assessments of each course.

• Compile completed courses into SCORM-compliant files and deliver them to the CDP platform team for upload, as freelancers/DGE do not have access to production uploads.

• Collaborate with Hashem Adnan Jadan on Arabic localization, terminology consistency, and course quality assurance sign-off.

• Engage in regular weekly sync meetings with the CDP platform team and participate in a technical kickoff/recap call at the beginning of the engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated, hands-on expertise with Articulate (Storyline or similar); candidates are expected to have prior experience with the tool.

• Experience in packaging and delivering SCORM-compliant e-learning courses.

• Background in instructional design for enterprise-level, process, or system training, particularly software walkthroughs and role-based workflows instead of general knowledge courses.

• Proficient in designing from a Figma or PowerPoint storyboard and creating guided platform simulations (click-through, step-by-step process walkthroughs).

• Experience in designing course assessments, including MCQ question banks, pass thresholds, and section-based question pools.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AI voiceover tools, such as ElevenLabs, and the ability to write conversational scripts for two presenters intended for voiceover generation.

• Preferred: Experience in Arabic-language e-learning localization, specifically in Modern Standard/official Arabic rather than colloquial dialects.

• Preferred: Previous experience in developing courses for a government or public-sector ERP/HR platform, or a similarly large-scale enterprise initiative.

🏝️ Benefits

• Flexible working hours.

• Opportunity to work on innovative projects.

• Collaborative team environment.
