Digital Enablement and Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement training sessions, webinars, and enablement programs for new digital capabilities.

• Produce and update user manuals, playbooks, educational materials, and communication resources.

• Promote the adoption and preparedness for platform upgrades, personalization, analytics, and AI-driven features.

• Oversee stakeholder engagement initiatives, including community discussions, office hours, and feedback meetings.

• Assist in change management for new digital features and platform updates.

• Collaborate with product, technology, content, and business teams to support change initiatives.

• Track adoption rates, identify skill gaps, and suggest opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Speed up the integration of new platform functionalities.

• Enhance user confidence and self-service capabilities.

• Promote consistency across the global network.

• Aid in realizing program benefits through effective change and learning strategies.

• Ensure users are ready for ongoing innovations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in digital enablement, training, learning design, or change management.

• Experience in creating training materials, manuals, playbooks, and educational resources.

• Capability to simplify complex technical and digital concepts into user-friendly language.

• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and communication.

• Knowledge of digital platforms, content management systems (preferably AEM), marketing technology, and AI solutions.

• Experience in global or matrixed organizations is preferred.
