This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Spearhead large-scale, complex HubSpot implementation projects, ensuring they align with both strategic and tactical business objectives.
• Assess and suggest additional services to broaden project scope; provide estimates, guidance, and direction for implementation.
• Remain updated on industry developments and HubSpot’s competitive landscape to keep client strategies innovative.
• Convert client and internal strategies into detailed HubSpot solutions that support marketing, sales, customer success, and operational processes.
• Offer intermediate to advanced configuration of HubSpot's Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Data Hub, and HubSpot AI.
• Oversee the strategy and setup of native HubSpot integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite), demonstrating expertise in sync rules, field mapping, and conflict resolution.
• Revenue Engine Optimization: Design and execute data schema, custom objects, and property mapping that align with the client’s RevOps strategy.
• Develop and enhance revenue engine components including lead scoring, advanced attribution, and automated marketing-to-sales-to-service transition sequences. Create complex RevOps dashboards that clearly illustrate ROI for stakeholders.
• Data Governance: Apply best practices for data governance, including deduplication logic and hygiene standards to ensure HubSpot remains a reliable single source of truth.
• Deliver training to clients and internal teams on effectively using their customized HubSpot instance; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance.
• Achieve your HubSpot Trainer Certification and assist in onboarding clients to the platform.
• Set up HubSpot instances from the ground up, including custom objects, property mapping, and data schema tailored to client needs.
• Convert business requirements into scalable HubSpot configurations that support the entire customer lifecycle.
• Business Process Mapping: Conduct technical discovery to compare "Current State" and "Future State" processes, identifying technical bottlenecks within the revenue funnel.
• Mentor CRM Specialists and aid Marketing Strategists on intricate projects.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure CRM solutions align with overarching business goals.
• Promote knowledge sharing and process enhancement within the team.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and scope; ensure effective billing rate (EBR) goals are met.
• Collaborate with the internal SmartBug team to guarantee high-quality work delivered to clients.
• Establish and adhere to processes that yield distinct client outcomes and high quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Technical Experience: At least 5 years of experience in developing complex solutions within the HubSpot platform.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Canadian French, including grammar and spelling.
• Demonstrated experience with the HubSpot software suite and a comprehensive understanding of the HubSpot ecosystem.
• RevOps Expertise: Proven capability to design systems around revenue-generating processes (lead-to-cash, forecasting, and attribution).
• Integration Fluency: Profound understanding of how HubSpot integrates natively with external technology stacks and the capability to manage complex data synchronizations.
• Insight into complementary technologies that clients may utilize within the HubSpot ecosystem.
• Analytical Skills: Strong aptitude for navigating intricate business challenges and translating them into automated technical solutions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven track record of ensuring high client satisfaction while embodying SmartBug values.
• Strong integrity, work ethic, and professionalism; a passion for client success.
• Experience in a similar role while working remotely is highly preferred.
• HubSpot Trainer Certification, along with certifications in HubSpot Marketing Software, Sales Software, Service Hub, and Revenue Operations.
