Freelance Copywriter, German, B2B Communities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create content in German tailored for C-level executives at major corporations.

• Develop LinkedIn posts aimed at senior professionals.

• Compose newsletters for LinkedIn and email distributions.

• Generate in-depth articles and case studies derived from expert discussions.

• Write show notes, titles for episodes, and descriptions of episodes.

• Create interview guides that include agendas and essential questions.

• Prepare follow-up posts for events categorized by city and community.

• Produce concise content for WhatsApp and specialized formats such as playbooks.

• Utilize Claude or ChatGPT for research, initial drafts, structuring, and preparing transcripts.

• Gather and integrate feedback, information, and approvals from clients independently.

• Collaborate with the Content Coordinator and the content team.

• Format, publish, and schedule content in accordance with established guidelines.

• Track content performance and assist in shaping the content strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German at a native level is mandatory.

• English proficiency of at least B2 (CEFR), ideally C1.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in copywriting or content writing.

• A robust portfolio showcasing German-language writing across at least two formats, such as LinkedIn posts, newsletters, or long-form content.

• Experience in a B2B or digital media context is advantageous.

• Familiarity with addressing professional or executive audiences is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of on-page SEO is beneficial.

• Proficient use of generative AI tools and the ability to refine AI-generated text to high standards.

• Experience with tools like Claude or ChatGPT, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, Slack, and a CMS such as Sanity is preferred.

• Ability to produce cleanly formatted, publish-ready texts that need no revisions.

• Capacity to work autonomously, reliably, and in an organized and proactive manner.

• Strong communication skills with community hosts and clients.

• Capability to independently manage deadlines and consistently adhere to community guidelines.

• A keen sense of tone and audience engagement.

• Availability of at least 10 hours per week.
