Freelance Consultant – Organizational Development, Circular Economy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Execute assessments related to organizational structure, business practices, and operational efficiency.

• Recognize gaps and opportunities for enhancement in governance, processes, and sustainability initiatives.

• Create and implement strategies for organizational development.

• Conduct benchmarking analyses using national and international best practices.

• Modify and apply best practices tailored to the local island context.

• Assist in the formulation of sustainable and scalable business models.

• Develop implementation roadmaps that include key performance indicators (KPIs), priorities, and actionable steps.

• Compile reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree in economics, business administration, engineering, environmental sciences, social sciences, or related disciplines.

• At least 5 years of pertinent professional experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of organizational development.

• Background in working with small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) or community-based organizations.

• Demonstrated expertise in organizational diagnostics and gap analysis, business model innovation, and benchmarking along with strategic planning.

• Strong comprehension of circular economy principles and waste valorization processes.

• Proficiency in Spanish.
