Freelance Coach – Product Management, IT-Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate sessions in English, covering everything from Course Overviews to in-depth Agile Workflows.

• Continuously revise lesson materials to ensure they remain current.

• Enhance teaching approaches based on student feedback and trends within the industry.

• Oversee two 8-week project phases, guiding Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and assessments of progress.

• Showcase and instruct on the effective use of AI tools to accelerate project workflows while maintaining code quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience in IT Project Management.

• Strong grasp of contemporary workflows, tools, and collaborative practices.

• Exhibit strong AI fluency along with a practical understanding of how AI tools can enhance modern work in Product Management or IT Project Management.

• Experience in developing or managing technical educational content.

• Native or Near-Native proficiency in English is essential (language of instruction).

• Extensive experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/Lean).

• Ideally, prior experience in teaching, mentoring, training, or conducting workshops.
