Freelance Clinical Research Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of study site management, encompassing site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, close-out, and the upkeep of study files.

• Guarantee data quality and integrity, adherence to relevant SOPs and regulatory standards, and ensure timely study completion within budget constraints.

• Execute site administration and monitoring for assigned clinical studies in accordance with Dokumeds and Sponsor SOPs, legal stipulations, and ICH-GCP Guidelines.

• Perform feasibility assessments at the country and site levels.

• Carry out site initiation, regular monitoring, and close-out visits.

• Prepare and file documents with Ethics Committees and Regulatory Authorities.

• Assist in the management of site contracts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or a life science discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of prior on-site monitoring experience within a CRO or Pharma organization.

• Previous freelance experience is considered a plus.

• Prior experience in preparing submissions to Ethics Committees and Regulatory Authorities.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in both English and local languages.

• Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of high-quality scientific standards.

• Traits of honesty, integrity, loyalty, accountability, mutual trust, and a strong team-oriented spirit.

• Ability to think critically and devise innovative, practical solutions.

• Flexible and adaptable approach to change.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
