Freelance B2B Telesales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Conduct telephone outreach to executives and decision-makers within the B2B sector.

• Follow up with organizations that have previously received initial outreach.

• Engage in proactive customer acquisition through phone calls.

• Perform needs analyses and facilitate consultative discussions.

• Present services during video meetings.

• Prepare and monitor proposals.

• Finalize B2B contracts.

• Maintain and document activities in the CRM system.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience.

• Proven experience in telephone-based customer acquisition (cold calling).

• Confident and professional demeanor when engaging with executives and decision-makers.

• High self-motivation and strong capabilities in closing deals.

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner.

• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken.

• Access to a fully equipped home office with a Microsoft device.

• Possess a laptop or PC running the Windows operating system.

• Reliable internet connection.

• Professional headset.

• A quiet workspace.

• Proficient in using email, CRM, and communication tools.

• Preferred: Experience in B2B sales.

• Preferred: Background in SaaS, services, insurance, telecommunications, or agency sales.
