This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate customer behavior, website analytics, session recordings, and performance metrics to proactively uncover conversion obstacles and revenue potential.
• Formulate UX hypotheses and suggest enhancements aimed at boosting conversion rates, revenue per visitor, average order value, and other critical eCommerce KPIs.
• Create high-quality, conversion-centric user experiences and interfaces in Figma that are well-structured, documented, and ready for developer execution.
• Enhance essential eCommerce experiences, including navigation, search, category and product pages, cart, checkout, calls to action, product discovery, and additional key customer journeys.
• Collaborate closely with developers and the A/B testing team to transform UX hypotheses into quantifiable experiments.
• Develop variations for A/B and multivariate testing and refine them based on quantitative outcomes and customer interactions.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or similar platforms to analyze customer behavior and guide design decisions with data.
• Assess experiment outcomes and convert insights into actionable recommendations for future enhancements.
• Ensure the website delivers a professional, polished, corporate, and trustworthy experience that fosters customer confidence throughout the purchasing process.
• Maintain consistency across design systems, components, layouts, and interaction patterns while continually identifying areas for improvement.
• Work autonomously to recognize and prioritize high-impact opportunities instead of relying solely on assigned design tasks.
• Stay informed about eCommerce UX, conversion optimization, experimentation, and usability best practices, applying relevant insights to RestaurantSupply.com.
• Over 5 years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience, with a strong focus on designing for high-traffic eCommerce websites.
• Proven success in designing UX/UI enhancements that have led to measurable improvements in conversion rates, revenue, revenue per visitor, average order value, or other commercial KPIs.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing eCommerce projects that clearly illustrates your personal contributions, design process, experimentation methods, and measurable business results.
• Advanced skills in Figma or similar web-based design and prototyping tools.
• Practical experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, experimentation, and usability enhancement.
• Familiarity with behavioral and analytics tools such as Google Analytics/GA4, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, or comparable platforms.
• In-depth understanding of eCommerce customer journeys, encompassing product discovery, navigation, search, product detail pages, cart, checkout, and conversion funnels.
• Capable of converting quantitative data, qualitative customer insights, and business objectives into clear UX recommendations and design solutions.
• Experience collaborating closely with developers to ensure designs are technically viable and accurately executed.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on visual quality, consistency, organization, and documentation.
• Highly self-motivated and adept at proactively identifying opportunities, crafting recommendations, and taking ownership of outcomes.
