Freelance Auditor – AZAV Provider Certification

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Perform evaluations and audits of educational and training providers.

• Evaluate approvals for training measures.

• Review documentation from providers and training measures as part of the certification process.

• Document reports related to audits and evaluations.

• Prepare substantiated audit assessments for our internal decision-making process.

• Engage with providers to address queries or request additional information.

• Collaborate with the certification body in relation to certification decisions.

• Contribute specialized insights for the ongoing enhancement of audit methodologies.

• Optionally involve yourself in special cases, formal statements, or appeal procedures.

• You exhibit analytical, systematic, and responsible working habits, both independently and collaboratively.

• Possess strong communication abilities, a team-oriented spirit, and sound diplomatic judgment.

• Proficient in using digital applications (MS Office, CRM, and standard software).

• Excellent written skills in German.

• A background in education, public administration, or business administration is advantageous.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience with an AZAV-approved provider is required—preferably in a leadership role (e.g., Training Program Manager, Site Manager, Quality Management Manager, or a similar position).

• Alternatively, experience with another accredited body is acceptable.

• Comprehensive knowledge of SGB III, AZAV, and operational procedures within provider organizations.
