Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Work independently to assess digital merchant tools and deliver organized business data.

• Conduct tests on newly launched platform features, digital storefront tools, or AI-driven recommendations aimed at enhancing local business management and customer engagement.

• Analyze AI-generated business summaries, search visibility responses, and mapping integrations to ensure empirical accuracy in relation to actual business operations.

• Offer detailed, audit-ready feedback on platform usability, the relevance of digital tools, and their practical day-to-day utility for local merchants.

• Identify and document particular cases where models misinterpret business categories, service offerings, operating hours, or local market specifics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience as an active owner, operator, or primary manager of a business in the food/beverage, lodging, local service, or retail shopping industries.

• Essential Asset: Must currently own and actively manage a verified Google Business Profile linked to your business.

• Strong analytical communication skills, capable of clearly expressing technical observations, user-experience (UX) friction points, and practical commerce feedback.

• A careful, detail-focused approach to evaluating digital workflows, consumer-facing data representation, and local search mechanics from the perspective of a merchant.
