This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Operate independently to assess digital merchant tools and furnish structured business data.

• Conduct thorough testing of newly launched platform features, digital storefront tools, or AI-driven recommendations aimed at enhancing local business management and customer interaction.

• Review AI-generated business summaries, responses regarding search visibility, and mapping integrations to confirm empirical accuracy against actual business operations.

• Deliver comprehensive, audit-ready feedback outlining platform usability, the relevance of digital tools, and practical daily utility for local merchants.

• Identify and document specific cases where models misinterpret business categories, service offerings, operational hours, or regional market intricacies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven professional experience as an active owner, operator, or primary manager of a business in the food/beverage, lodging, local service, or retail shopping industries.

• Required Asset: Must currently hold and actively manage a verified Google Business Profile linked to your business.

• Strong analytical communication abilities, capable of clearly conveying technical observations, user-experience (UX) friction points, and actionable commerce insights.

• A meticulous, detail-oriented approach to assessing digital workflows, consumer-facing data presentation, and local search dynamics from a merchant's viewpoint.
