Fraud Team Manager, English & Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform quality assessments on senior fraud investigators to enhance performance and pinpoint coaching opportunities.

• Address feedback from L20 Investigators and collaborate with the EU Senior Manager & EU Operations Analysts to refine processes and guidance.

• Oversee the personal and professional growth of a team of senior investigators.

• Cultivate a positive, supportive, and high-performance culture within the team, ensuring high levels of engagement.

• Chair employee relations cases and make decisions that align with Monzo’s values.

• Collaborate with the Senior Manager to establish the EU team from the ground up and develop strategies for future scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Extensive experience in team leadership within the Fraud sector of the financial services industry.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve outstanding performance through others.

• Solid understanding and experience in the financial sector, with a background in conducting Fraud investigations.

• Awareness of the current financial crime landscape in the UK and the EU, along with related fraud risks.
