Fraud Operations Analyst – CEC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Dakota, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer calls while providing an exceptional customer experience.

• Assess account and application activities for potential fraud issues.

• Examine intricate fraud cases, such as identity theft and account takeovers.

• Perform comprehensive research utilizing multiple systems and data sources.

• Protect accounts by implementing appropriate limitations and controls to avert financial losses.

• Start and manage fraud claims following established protocols.

• Review and finalize escalated issues from frontline teams to guarantee precise resolutions.

• Recognize emerging fraud patterns and escalate concerns as necessary.

• Maintain proficiency in fraud prevention strategies, operational procedures, regulatory mandates, and banking policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Generally, seven or more years of relevant work experience.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to navigate complicated situations and make informed decisions.

• A commitment to safeguarding customers and fighting against fraud.

• Demonstrated capability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in computer navigation, utilizing various software packages including Microsoft Office applications.
