This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of daily fraud reviews, investigations, and case management across designated queues and escalations.
• Address complex alerts and support consistent and sound fraud decision-making.
• Recognize fraud patterns, identify control weaknesses, and pinpoint operational challenges based on hands-on case experience.
• Offer advisory insights on alert and rule effectiveness to assist in the tuning and strategic approach to fraud management.
• Generate regular reports and succinct trend analyses for enhanced operational visibility.
• Mentor and assist Fraud Analyst I and II team members to improve investigative consistency, documentation standards, and sound alert-clearing judgment throughout the Fraud team.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Over 7 years of experience in fraud operations, fraud investigations, or financial crimes management.
• Extensive experience handling fraud alerts, investigations, cases, and escalations in a production environment.
• Proven ability to apply sound judgment in complex fraud reviews and case decisions.
• Experience in identifying trends within casework and converting findings into actionable control or rule recommendations.
• Proficient in analyzing alert performance and suggesting tuning or workflow enhancements.
• Background in producing or maintaining regular fraud reporting, metrics, or dashboards.
• Experience in conducting quality reviews, calibrations, coaching, or similar oversight of case quality.
• Familiarity with SAR investigations, SAR case development, SAR narrative support, or roles contributing to suspicious activity reporting.
• Demonstrated capability to train, coach, or support junior analysts in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders while balancing risk, customer impact, and operational feasibility.
