Franchise Success Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as the main business coach for a designated portfolio of franchisees.

• Develop robust relationships that foster trust, accountability, and engagement.

• Collaborate with franchisees to set goals and growth strategies.

• Conduct routine business assessments and field visits.

• Identify obstacles to growth and formulate action plans.

• Mentor franchisees on both residential and commercial sales tactics.

• Provide training to franchisees on lead follow-up and sales methodologies.

• Assist with prospecting, networking, and business development initiatives.

• Evaluate sales pipelines and pinpoint opportunities to enhance conversion rates.

• Guide franchisees in establishing connections with property managers, facility managers, HOAs, and local enterprises.

• Analyze key business metrics and operational trends.

• Advise franchisees on pricing strategies, labor utilization, and production efficiency.

• Help franchisees boost profitability and comprehend their financial performance.

• Advocate for operational best practices and adherence to brand standards.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Finance, Operations, and National Accounts teams to bolster franchisee growth.

• Link franchisees with internal subject matter experts when necessary.

• Ensure franchisees receive prompt responses and clear guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in home services.

• More than 3 years in leadership, coaching, or multi-unit support roles.

• Demonstrated experience in sales training and business development.

• Solid understanding of residential and commercial sales processes.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Familiarity with CRM and operational systems.

• Willingness to travel and engage in fieldwork with franchisees.
