Franchise Operations Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Coordinates assistance for franchise partners alongside Design and Construction for PIP support.

• Manages inn openings, property transitions, and ownership alterations with both existing and new franchisees.

• Collaborates closely with various departments to deliver operational support to franchise partners.

• Evaluates inn-level pricing strategies, marketing plans, and quality/service benchmarks to ensure alignment with brand objectives.

• Encourages growth, maintains brand standards, policies, and procedures, while executing brand initiatives.

• Serves as a trainer and mentor for franchisees in customer service and guest relations.

• Reviews financial reports from the franchise operations department.

• Ensures that the business support needs of franchise partners, FAC members, owners, and operators are fully addressed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 5 years of experience in hospitality hotel operations with a demonstrated success record.

• Preferred experience in hotel franchise operations.

• A goal-oriented and self-driven individual with outstanding relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Home-based position necessitating 90% travel.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with an advanced grasp of cash flow and profitability.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and reporting capabilities.

• Proficient in computer usage and skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
