This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.
• Delivers exceptional support to Franchisees and Center Managers.
• Meets position objectives, timelines, and KPI metrics through effective coaching.
• Organizes market meetings and peer-to-peer focus groups for training purposes.
• Leverages observations and data-driven insights to enhance coaching effectiveness.
• Records all activities in FranConnect for accountability.
• Collaborates with support departments to ensure franchisee satisfaction.
• Concentrates on strategic processes to elevate the customer experience.
• Participates in and contributes to corporate-organized events.
• Executes marketing and sales strategies aimed at revenue enhancement.
• Develops and presents content as required.
• Guarantees timely and accurate reporting for the designated territory.
• Discusses succession planning with franchisees to ensure continuity.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in multi-unit operations (franchise/chain).
• Strong financial analysis and P&L management capabilities are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in sales, marketing, and operations.
• Results-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
• Exceptional sales, consulting, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in conducting group training, presentations, and public speaking.
• Experience in the automotive or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Prior franchise experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and possess the ability to bend and crawl as required in a shop environment.
