Franchise Operations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Delivers exceptional support to Franchisees and Center Managers.

• Provides coaching aimed at achieving or surpassing Sales, Car Count, and Customer Experience goals.

• Facilitates market meetings and training sessions focused on company initiatives.

• Leverages observations and data-driven insights to enhance coaching efforts.

• Records all activities in FranConnect.

• Oversees and ensures compliance from franchisees.

• Participates in the Meineke Annual Convention and other corporate events.

• Fosters trust through respectful communication with franchisees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Automotive sector, including sales, service, or operations.

• A minimum of 2 years of multi-unit management experience is advantageous.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.

• Capability to influence and drive positive change to achieve optimal results for the company.

• Familiarity with point of sale systems and other software solutions is essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and Google Docs is preferred.
