Franchise Business Consultant, Dunkin'

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Achieve operational and business performance objectives for Franchisees

• Facilitate the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review processes

• Align key focus areas with Franchisee to propel the business forward

• Create a strategy to mentor Franchisee through consistent check-ins

• Monitor and analyze data and analytics to guide Franchisee actions

• Offer support during remodels and the opening of new stores

• Foster communication between Franchisee and relevant cross-functional teams

• Oversee and assist in the execution of local marketing strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED

• Preferred: 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree

• 5 years of experience in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations

• Previous leadership experience required

• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

• Exceptional organizational abilities

• Capability to build credibility and foster trusting relationships

• Proficient in developing and executing plans to achieve results

• Adept at utilizing data to inform decision-making

• Resourceful and highly adaptable to changes in direction
