Franchise Business Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Attain the operational and business performance objectives for their portfolio of Franchisees.

• Oversee the Annual Planning and Franchise Business Review process in collaboration with Franchisees.

• Create a strategy to mentor Franchisees through regular check-ins to ensure they adhere to their commitments.

• Assist Franchisees in comprehending the procedures for remodeling and establishing new restaurants.

• Facilitate communication between Franchisees and relevant cross-functional partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or 4-Year degree is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in supervisory management or district-level multi-unit operations.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Must be capable of establishing credibility and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
