Fractional Marketing Manager, Ad Buyer

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Develop, initiate, oversee, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Pinterest, AdRoll, and additional relevant advertising channels.

β€’ Perform audience analysis and customer segmentation to create focused advertising strategies, which encompass retargeting and remarketing campaigns.

β€’ Assess campaign performance, manage advertising budgets, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS).

β€’ Supervise conversion tracking, identify tracking challenges, and resolve discrepancies to guarantee precise campaign reporting.

β€’ Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and other pertinent KPIs.

β€’ Conduct A/B testing and multivariate testing on audiences, creatives, ad copy, and campaign strategies to consistently enhance campaign effectiveness.

β€’ Compile regular performance reports and dashboards that include actionable insights and recommendations.

β€’ Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure that paid advertising strategies align with overarching marketing and business goals.

β€’ Suggest new campaign concepts, promotions, audience strategies, and optimization efforts based on campaign outcomes and insights.

β€’ Investigate competitors, industry developments, advertising platform updates, and new best practices to maintain competitive campaigns and foster continuous enhancement.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 3 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms.

β€’ Demonstrated expertise with advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, AdRoll, Pinterest, and other paid media channels.

β€’ Comprehensive understanding of paid media strategy, including audience targeting, customer segmentation, retargeting, remarketing, A/B testing, budget management, and conversion optimization.

β€’ Experience in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing campaigns based on key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, and other relevant KPIs.

β€’ Familiarity with conversion tracking, analytics, and performance reporting tools.

β€’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

β€’ Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.

β€’ Capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve results with minimal supervision.
