This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Spearhead the long-term growth strategy, establishing the platform as the global leader in anger transformation, shame dynamics, and nervous system dysregulation.
• Design high-trust/high-ticket application funnels, membership frameworks, and supervision pathways for international practitioners.
• Enhance the founder-led brand through strategic content ecosystems, merging YouTube and media presence with SEO and AI visibility.
• Supervise the implementation of scalable CRM and automation infrastructure to support a worldwide network of psychotherapists, coaches, and behavioral specialists.
• Drive team alignment, coordinate specialist agencies, and create robust KPIs to track international scaling and optimize the customer journey.
• Manage the initial rollout in English-speaking regions, followed by a strategic multilingual international expansion.
• Demonstrated experience as a Fractional CMO or Growth Lead for premium education, certification, or high-level coaching brands.
• Familiarity with behavioral health, psychotherapy, or professional practitioner training sectors.
• Proven success in scaling founder-led brands where trust-based conversion and thought leadership are key drivers.
• Capacity to construct complex "educational ecosystems" rather than merely isolated marketing initiatives.
• Strong expertise in high-ticket funnel design, membership models, and scalable lead generation.
• Alignment with the intricate nature of behavioral transformation and the professional integrity essential in the mental health arena.
• Experience in scaling professional accreditation businesses.
• Marketing high-value, transformative professional journeys.
• Positioning founders as leading experts in their category on an international platform.
• Required Software Skills (Strategic Oversight Level): CRM & Marketing Automation (e.g., Keap, HubSpot, or GoHighLevel), Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g., Kajabi, Teachable, or custom-built ecosystems), Analytics & Visibility (Google Analytics, AI-driven visibility tools, and performance tracking).
