This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist clients within the alternative investment sector through project-oriented engagements.
• Offer strategic, project-focused leadership in areas such as growth strategy, market positioning, partnership development, and business expansion initiatives.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance investor, client, and industry relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership teams on go-to-market strategies and growth execution.
• Provide guidance on pipeline development, competitive positioning, and strategies for business expansion.
• Previous experience in a role such as Head of Business Development, Investor Relations leader, or another equivalent senior growth leadership position within a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office.
• In-depth knowledge of the alternative investment industry and the institutional relationship landscape.
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth, forming strategic partnerships, and implementing market expansion initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capability to function both strategically and in a hands-on manner in dynamic environments.
• Project-based work that accommodates existing commitments.
• Client origination and engagement management are conducted by Arootah, allowing advisors to concentrate on delivery.
