This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Develop and sustain a unified source of truth across various platforms (Yelp, Thumbtack, LSA, SEO, Google Maps).
• Monitor metrics across all active channels, determine optimal budget allocation, and provide comprehensive weekly/monthly reports to the founder.
• Manage bi-weekly meetings and the monthly reporting process with the external SEO agency.
• Contribute to the email strategy and guide content direction.
• Spot A/B testing opportunities, suggest conversion enhancements, and monitor results.
• Evaluate performance sources, identify areas with high CPL, and recommend reallocations.
• Demonstrated experience in growth marketing or digital marketing, preferably for local services, home services, or multi-location businesses.
• Solid understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
• Proficient in Google Analytics / GA4 and capable of generating performance reports.
• Experience with at least one of the following: Yelp Ads, Thumbtack Pro, Google LSA.
• Familiarity with WordPress — sufficient to conduct A/B tests and provide CRO recommendations.
• Available for daily overlap from 9am to 12pm PST (full asynchronous work outside of this window).
• Proficient in English — both written and spoken.
• Fractional engagement beginning at 15–20 hours per week, with a defined and anticipated path to full-time employment within 3 months, contingent upon performance and mutual compatibility.
