This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement a schedule of in-person experiences, including founder dinners, executive roundtables, thought leadership salons, suite takeovers, and participation in 3–4 major conferences each quarter.
• Create innovative off-program experiences that draw high-value prospects away from the crowd and into meaningful discussions during major conferences.
• Manage larger productions as needed, such as 30 to 50-person thought leadership dinners, topical salons, and curated industry nights.
• Determine the appropriate events, venues, and audiences to position our founders and executives in front of ideal buyers.
• Take ownership of end-to-end logistics: venue selection, guest lists, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and follow-up processes.
• Curate concise and targeted guest lists, aiming for 6–10 relevant individuals in attendance rather than simply scanning 200 badges.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert event attendees into qualified leads and closed deals.
• Create repeatable playbooks for each type of event, ensuring that processes can scale and be handed off as the team expands.
• Manage the budget wisely, with real capital to allocate, and provide a clear justification for return on investment (ROI).
• Report on pipeline generation, customer acquisition cost (CAC) per event, and influenced revenue.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field marketing, events, or in-person enterprise sales, with a preference for B2B SaaS or AI backgrounds.
• Proven history of generating real pipeline and revenue from events, rather than merely tracking attendance figures.
• Strong creative instincts for events: capable of creating an exclusive atmosphere, designing desirable experiences, and transforming a hotel suite into a captivating venue at conferences.
• Established relationships with venues, vendors, restaurants, and conference organizers in key tech cities (San Francisco, New York City, Las Vegas, Austin, Florida).
• Comfortable working directly with founders and executives to craft thought leadership content.
• Possess an operator mindset: able to manage tasks such as booking the suite, drafting invitations, engaging with guests, serving drinks, and following through independently.
• Willing to travel 30–50% of the time and work evenings as required by events.
• Self-motivated and resourceful: while you will have research and operations support, you proactively seek solutions without waiting for additional resources or ideal conditions.
• Player-coach mentality: eager to perform the work personally now and looking forward to building and leading a team once the strategies are validated.
• Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
• Opportunity for professional growth and development within a dynamic team.
• Access to exclusive industry events and networking opportunities.
• Flexible work environment with remote work options.
