β€’ Arootah collaborates with a select group of senior operators to assist clients throughout the alternative investment sector, which encompasses hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices. Advisors are engaged on a project basis when their expertise aligns with client requirements.

β€’ Becoming a part of the network does not assure placement; it merely opens doors to opportunities as they become available.

β€’ Engagements are exclusive to the alternative investment industry, specifically with hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices.

β€’ Work is project-based, allowing for flexibility alongside existing commitments.

β€’ Arootah manages client origination and engagement, enabling advisors to concentrate on delivery.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

β€’ An MBA, Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, advanced degrees, or certifications in Human Resource Management are advantageous.

β€’ Over 10 years of experience as a Director of Human Resources within an Alternative Asset Firm, family office, or investment management company, including a minimum of 5-10 years of HR Generalist experience covering all facets of HR.

β€’ A robust understanding of the financial services/investment management sector along with the skill sets, demands, and motivational factors that influence individuals.

β€’ Comprehensive knowledge of legal, risk, regulatory, compliance, and security matters pertaining to human resources at local, state, and federal levels.

β€’ Capability to manage and resolve inquiries regarding intricate employee relations issues, collaborating with legal, risk, compliance, and security teams as needed.

β€’ Practical experience in client management concerning complex strategic HR challenges such as talent management, organizational design/development, and change management.

β€’ An analytical mindset, proficiency with data analysis tools, and the ability to utilize data, metrics, and workforce analytics to deliver key insights and influence organizational and talent decisions.
