Fractional Chief of Staff

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Provide support to CEOs, Founders, and executive teams by overseeing key projects and ensuring departmental alignment.

• Foster communication and collaboration among senior leadership to propel strategic initiatives forward.

• Perform research and analysis to deliver insights that aid executive decision-making.

• Manage workflows to ensure that priorities are effectively communicated and executed.

• Assist in formulating and implementing operational strategies that improve business performance.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, representing executive leadership in meetings when required.

• Possess a talent for creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and decks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (an MBA is advantageous).

• Experience in Strategy Management Consulting is essential.

• Over 2 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, or a comparable role, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional projects.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for developing strategic recommendations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels.

• Experience in a fractional or consultancy setting is highly desirable.

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to diverse organizational cultures.
