📋 Description

• Arootah collaborates with a select network of senior operators to assist clients in the alternative investment sector, which includes hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices.

• Advisors are engaged on a project basis when their expertise aligns with client needs.

• Joining the network does not assure placement; it offers access to opportunities as they become available.

• Engagements are exclusively within the alternative investment industry, focusing on hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices.

• Work is project-based, allowing flexibility around current commitments.

• Arootah manages client origination and engagement, enabling advisors to concentrate on delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Head of Finance, Controller, or a comparable senior finance leadership position in a hedge fund, private equity firm, or family office.

• Extensive knowledge of fund structures, investment operations, and financial infrastructure.

• Demonstrated success in developing scalable finance functions and enhancing operational processes.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to work both strategically and in a hands-on manner in dynamic environments.
