Fractional CFO Advisor – Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +11 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as CFO for approximately 25–30 clients

• Examine financial statements, KPIs, cash flow, profitability, and overall business performance

• Recognize financial trends, operational risks, and opportunities for growth

• Provide monthly financial analyses and strategic suggestions

• Assist business owners in interpreting financial data and translating insights into actionable strategies

• Create budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections

• Ensure clients are held accountable for financial objectives and performance indicators

• Collaborate with bookkeepers to enhance financial accuracy and reporting

• Establish long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with clients

• Work alongside internal team members to deliver an outstanding client experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing 4 or more simultaneous client or business-unit relationships in an advisory, fractional, outsourced CFO, CAS, or multi-entity setting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Strong background in accounting and financial management

• Capability to convert complex financial data into actionable business advice

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities

• High emotional intelligence and professional demeanor

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
