📋 Description

• Develop and implement strategies for business expansion

• Enhance profitability and cash flow

• Create organizational frameworks and leadership teams

• Guide owners through strategic business choices

• Elevate operational execution and accountability

• Assist owners in transitioning from operational roles to leadership positions

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in executive leadership

• Direct, hands-on experience collaborating with owners of small to mid-sized enterprises

• Accountability for business outcomes (P&L, operations, or both) for a company ranging from $500K to $50M+

• Demonstrated success in enhancing profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance

• Experience in building teams, systems, and fostering organizational accountability

• Strong skills in executive coaching and leadership

• Capability to manage multiple client relationships at once
