This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design and implement digital logic using VHDL for FPGAs.
• Develop and optimize high-speed, low-latency FPGA designs aimed at AMD/Xilinx Ultrascale Plus devices.
• Integrate FPGA modules with embedded systems, processors, and high-speed interfaces such as PCIe, Ethernet, HBM, DDR4, and AXI.
• Conduct functional simulation, synthesis, place-and-route, timing analysis, and optimization with industry-standard EDA tools like Vivado and ModelSim.
• Utilize industry-standard development tools and workflows to manage tasks, code revisions, testing, and integration processes (e.g., Jira, Git, CI/CD).
• Create and maintain both internal and client-facing documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and account teams to establish technical requirements and business objectives.
• Assist in platform bring-up, validation, and debugging in the lab using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG tools.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of FPGA development processes, methodologies, and design practices.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in FPGA or ASIC design and development.
• Proficient in a hardware description language (HDL) such as VHDL or Verilog.
• Familiarity with FPGA development tools (Vivado, Quartus, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of digital logic, high-speed design, and timing closure.
