This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the forecasting process for revenue, ARR, and bookings by constructing detailed models, analyzing trends, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams.
• Prepare and deliver reports on revenue, ARR, and bookings to senior leadership, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and sustain KPIs related to revenue, net new ARR, renewal rates, and bookings, converting data into insights for business performance and growth.
• Create and maintain SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, validate, and reconcile revenue and bookings data across various systems.
• Collaborate with sales operations and enterprise systems teams to ensure the accuracy of data and enhance reporting infrastructure.
• Perform variance analysis between actual figures, forecasts, and budgets, transforming findings into actionable recommendations.
• Assist in the annual planning and budgeting processes for revenue and bookings, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses for strategic initiatives, M&A activities, and new product launches.
• Identify and implement enhancements to FP&A processes and best practices.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members as needed.
• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
• Over 7 years of progressive FP&A experience, emphasizing revenue, ARR, and bookings.
• Extensive experience with SaaS business models and recurring revenue metrics (ARR, NRR, bookings, churn).
• Proficient in SQL with substantial hands-on experience using Snowflake, including the ability to write and troubleshoot complex queries.
• Advanced capabilities in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel and strong skills in Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with financial planning tools (Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, Anaplan) and CRM systems (Salesforce) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
