FP&A Manager, Contract Costing and Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance on pricing and cost support functions from pre-RFP stages through to proposal negotiations.

• Strategize, implement, and guarantee the delivery of top-notch finance compliance.

• Assist in government (or prime) compliance initiatives and oversight.

• Serve as the Finance lead during all external government contract audits.

• Offer quote and cost tracking support to site business unit teams and regional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A or a comparable accounting position.

• Familiarity with the federal government contracting landscape.

• A solid grasp of Federal Acquisition Regulations and agency-specific supplements.

• Proficiency in managing projects across diverse assignments.

• Background in a global manufacturing and supply chain context.

• Expertise in proposal development, cost development, and estimating/quoting/pricing methodologies.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
