• Assist in the development and continuous enhancement of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes, prioritizing accuracy, efficiency, and business impact.
• Supervise Financial Analysts and external consulting resources when necessary.
• Manage and maintain financial models for business units, projects, and new initiatives, including conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development, Project Development, Operations, and other stakeholders to facilitate planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for departments and business units.
• Aid in company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including materials used for leadership and Board reporting.
• Execute detailed variance analysis and convey key drivers and trends.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing utilization of business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting automation, such as Vena, PowerBI, and Tableau.
• Suggest enhancements to financial processes, reporting, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct market research and contribute to market and competitive intelligence efforts.
• Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; advanced degree is advantageous.
• 4–7 years of pertinent experience in FP&A or a related finance position.
• Previous experience mentoring or guiding junior analysts is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Significant experience in querying, compiling, and analyzing data from ERP, CRM, and other business systems.
• Familiarity with Vena or other FP&A or CRM tools is highly preferred.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not essential.
• Capability to effectively translate complex financial information for non-finance audiences.
• Strong analytical abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of ownership, follow-through, and accountability.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience with dashboards, reporting, and financial automation tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with comfort in cross-functional collaboration.
• An interest in bitcoin, HPC, and renewable energy is a significant advantage.
