This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly group management reports, which include analysis of financial results and delivery of presentations to Group Finance.
• Prepare monthly flash sales and KPI reports, providing valuable commentary for management review.
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis by business unit and department, collaborating with budget owners to clarify financial outcomes.
• Work closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate classification of expenses and uphold data integrity.
• Serve as a business partner to key stakeholders and senior management by delivering strategic financial insights to support business profitability.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of management reporting policies and processes.
• Support the automation and continuous improvement of financial KPI dashboards utilizing Tableau (the group's BI tool).
• Actively participate in the annual budgeting process of the group, ensuring it aligns with business objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor key financial metrics and proactively identify risks or opportunities for management.
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis and projects as requested by senior management.
• Keep current on financial trends and best practices to continually enhance the FP&A function.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Controlling, FP&A, Finance, or Accounting roles.
• Strong technical skills in MS Office (particularly Excel) and Oracle or similar Accounting ERP systems.
• Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence tools is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication abilities to clearly convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Capability to plan and implement long-term solutions that promote business growth and financial stability.
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal communication).
