This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasts for ARR and revenue across both Enterprise and Self-Service channels.
• Create and sustain driver-based models for ARR and revenue, incorporating factors such as pipeline, conversion rates, ramp-up, pricing, usage, and expansion.
• Collaborate closely with the RevOps and Data teams to implement automated CRM data pipelines that continuously update your models.
• Convert leading indicators (like pipeline coverage, win rates, sales cycles, and usage trends) into predictive insights.
• Conduct scenario modeling for changes in pricing, investments in sales capacity, and strategies for expansion.
• Track retention, expansion, and cohort trends effectively.
• Assist in setting quotas, calculating commissions, designing territories, and planning capacity.
• Assess the performance of the marketing funnel, including CAC, payback, and ROI by channel.
• Deliver clear, data-driven insights that influence go-to-market investment decisions.
• Lead monthly business reviews and performance reporting initiatives.
• Proven experience in implementing AI tools and scalable FP&A systems to automate workflows and forecasting processes.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, with the discernment to determine when to build models versus when to automate.
• Direct experience in supporting sales and marketing functions.
• Proficient understanding of SaaS and usage-based metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights succinctly and confidently to executives.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking (preferred).
