FP&A Global Process Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the agency-wide management of planning processes related to budgets and forecasts.

• Take ownership of budget and forecast calendars, providing guidance, training, templates, communications, and optimizing processes.

• Coordinate reporting cycles and deliver comprehensive budget and forecast packages along with presentations.

• Analyze and consolidate financial outcomes, forecasts, and budget insights for review by executives.

• Assist with scenario planning, target setting, and resource allocation.

• Manage improvements in the workforce planning process, develop Merit and Fringe budgets, and report on headcount.

• Supervise staff while collaborating with divisions on financial support matters.

• Represent FP&A needs to the FP&A Systems team.

• Oversee user support, Oracle releases, roadmap activities, and conduct functional testing.

• Design, test, and implement FP&A reports, dashboards, and enhancements to systems.

• Set up reporting guidelines and protocols across the agency.

• Perform audits on report utilization and oversee training on systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Over 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, finance operations, data analysis, or a related area.

• Proven experience leading initiatives for process improvement.

• Proficiency in managing data and designing reports using Microsoft and Oracle products.

• Experience in creating reports and dashboards utilizing business intelligence and data visualization platforms.

• Familiarity with financial planning using cloud-based EPM software.

• Fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.

• Legally authorized to work in the location where the position is based.

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical clearance when necessary.
