FP&A Financial Analyst, Point of Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations of the NAM Business Line Finance function.

• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, analyses, reports, and presentations for executives.

• Examine business and financial performance, customer trends, revenue, profits, and essential business drivers.

• Create and sustain executive dashboards, scorecards, management commentary, variance analyses, and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Service, Commercial Excellence, and Finance across North American Instrument/Reagent Segments.

• Facilitate monthly performance evaluations and executive discussions.

• Manage planning models, tools, processes, monthly forecasts, and annual planning analyses.

• Monitor financial risks and opportunities, coordinate cross-functional contributions, and support corrective measures.

• Utilize Power BI, Tableau, SQL, dashboards, apps, and reporting tools to digitize finance operations.

• Automate recurring reporting, forecasting, and performance management tasks.

• Ensure data quality and control standards while documenting analytical methodologies.

• Develop scalable, user-centric reporting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.

• Over 5 years of relevant and successful experience in a related domain.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.

• Ability or eagerness to learn and utilize Power BI, Tableau, KNIME, etc.

• Strong financial knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Financial Processes, and IFRS/GAAP.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ownership and accountability in tasks.

• Demonstrated capability to manage projects and tasks for timely, high-quality outcomes.

• Experience in digital transformation and business process enhancement.

• Self-motivated and resourceful in meeting deadlines.

• Ability to work with controlled technology in compliance with US export control laws.
